Check the University of the Cumberlands State Champ Camp the coaches and instructors there are great.  Coach Meddors has teaches a nice inside trip series that would be great for any heavyweight and former Pac 10 champ Coach Ellis teaches some great takedowns.

As a heavyweight, you should try either the Bruce Baumgartner hwt camp or Brian Keck's camp.  I believe they both have camps geared towards HWT's.

Brian Keck does not appear to have a hwt camp this year, but he usually does, and i've heard they are very good...so keep an eye out for his website.  He may add one later.
