if u have braces it would be smart to have a mouth guard because you will tear the inside of your mouth up escpecially if u get cross faced
i heard there is a special type that they are making you wear
Maybe. Personally I think they should because I hate wrestling someone with braces and I go to crossface them and I cut my arm.
yea but when someone is made to wear a mouth guard it messes with your breathing so it is harder to breath so your endurence is lowered....well thats my opinion anyways....cause i wore one last year and i havent worn it at all now and its soo much easier to breath now...what do you think i could be wrong!? :?
The new rule which is going into effect this year is that if you have braces, you are REQUIRED to use a mouthpiece. The reasoning is for the protection of your opponent against cuts from the braces. Those with braces better get used to wearing them!
Mouth piece or mouth guard there is a difference?
The key to getting used to mouth gaurds is running with
them in. If you condition wearing it you will help your body get used to it. You just can't wear it when you wrestle.
