Im not sure what is wrong with the returning state champion Rob Aylor but region six, I think, has the top three at 145 this year. Supposedly Goldsby through Thuneman on his head in the last few seconds to make it a close match.

Peace of Ryle beat Rust of Cambell in a good match as well.

other than the studs at 30 40 and 45, wrestling was pitiful. It was downright ugly for this region. I thought for a moment I was at a JV tourney. This will be the worst region finish at the state tournament in years.

Grapplehead, you are right. I don't know if there's a problem with Aylor ... or that Cooper was that good. After all, he beat Wilson, Thuneman, and Aylor. The score on Cooper/Aylor was 5-4 though i think. And Wilson beat Aylor last year once at state duels ... so i wouldn't call Wilson's win a fluke. Now they're 2-2, although Aylor won the important matches (region and state).

I'd just say 145 was that ridiculous, not that something is wrong with Aylor.
