Isn't breakfast supposed to be the first
meal of the day?
So why would I write a tip on how you
can be stronger, faster, and have more
endurance this season by eating a pre-breakfast
meal?
Let me explain.
Breakfast has always been described as not only
your first meal of the day, but also your biggest.
This is true in that you need to 'jump-start' your
metabolism because it slows down when you don't
get food while you're sleeping.
It's also true because it starts feeding the muscle
that is working so hard every day in the body of a
wrestler.
So it makes sense that in order for a wrestler to
be at their strongest and leanest, they must eat breakfast.
