How does a middle schooler become qualified for middle school state? Do they have to wrestle in a middle school tournament and if so is there any coming up soon? Also if a middle schooler wrestles in middle school state can he still wrestle for his high school at high school state championships? thanks for your replies

you have to wrestle in middle school regional.
as of last year, you could wrestle in both. good luck.

its not officially a rule you cant wrestle both, but people say your not aloud. but if you check the rule books it doesnt say anything in there.
