There are several weight groups with clear cut favorites to win the gold. A few weight groups have several wrestlers all capable of winning state.

119 Zarth, Miller, Carr; by far very evenly matched, anyone could win

125  Zeppa, Wempe, Vinsant, Voth, are capable of winning; Zeppa is

      my pick to win, but anything is possible in this weight

135 The most competitive, the top six kids could all win state. Brown,

      Sloan, Grimm, Davis, Poulton, Miller ( no particular order). I have

      seen all of them wrestle. All of them are far above the rest of the

      crowd and capable of winning on any given day. This will be the

      most exciting weight group down state.

152 Competitive for now, if and when Ervin bumps up, he is the favorite.

125 is STACKED this year, I don't know who will win, I think it's a tossup.
