Who do you think will win it all at 171 this year?

i think that will starks kid will win it. at king of the bluegrass he beat ben rupp by 2 points and at wci he beat him in overtime. plus he was beating gary doyle by 1 point a minute into the third peroid and will pinned him. so will starks will be our champion.

Ben Rupp(Eastern) wouldve won tht match because the only reason it went into overtime in that match was because of a bad takedown call by the ref

171 from ashland dominated the tates creek tourney this weekend

wombat171 AKA Will Starks. Dont count Ryan Houchens out. The kid is a great wrestler. You are forgeting about Mark Jones as well.....you have wrestled two kids who you both struggled with.

I don't know if Wombat171 is Will Starks or not but I thought even if you did know you weren't supposed to reveal the identity of other members on this site.

Anyway, Will Starks will win it at 171.

I think that eastern's 171 Ben Rupp will step it up in the end and win 171 this year

i dont know doyle is doing pretty good this year. he was giving starks a run for his money but then i dont know something happened and he got put on his back.i think he has a good chance of winning.

i think Will Starks is a much better wrestler than rupp or any of the other 171 pounders, with the coaching he has and the fact that he works out with his older brother(Richard Starks 2x state champ...his 3rd is in about a month)and Chad Fyffe(#1 at 160 this year)will give him the edge like it has so far this season(undefeated).

Starks def. has the edge w/ those partners. I dont think Doyle will win it mayb 2nd or 3rd. So far my pick would be Starks and Houches in the finals. I know Doyle beat Houchens but things change win it comes to he Tourney. Its called wrestling like is Feb. Watch for the kid to turn it on.
