i think he might be talking about the karma rating on this site, and if he is then i have no idea and would like to know myself.

Anyone on the site can either [applaud +1] or [smite -1]. If you make posts that are not informative, bias, uses bad spelling, or is useless then you will probably have a low karma. If you make informative posts (Ranger123), then your karma might be in the positive range.
