Some thoughts on the action:

-- Congrats to John Hardin for knocking off my alma mater, LaRue County.

-- Great match from Kyle Terry (CH) and Justin Thompson (LC).

-- Johnny Erbele's (CH) win over Justin Pitcher (JH). All I can say is wow. JE had a gameplan and he stuck with it, no matter what Pitcher dished out.

-- Another great match between Bernard Ray (LC) and Chris Pitcher (JH). Heck of a move by Pitcher to get the win in OT.

-- Aaron Newsome (JH) vs. Ty Wolfe (NH) ... another "wow" match. It was a hotly contested bout and one of the best of the night. Congrats to Newsome on the win.

-- Mark Jones' move on Tyler Lasley to win 189. Holy cow that was quick.

-- Anthony Bailey (FK) pinning Zach Cotton (AC) in 46 seconds. Cotton (if he even reads this forum), I was very impressed by you today and the other times I've seen you this season. Don't let this loss get you down and keep you from doing well at State next weekend. I have a feeling you're headed for a Bailey-like rise to the top of the heavy class.
