If i remember correctly. The past years have had Woodford, Ryle, St. X, Simon Kenton, Christion County, Southern, Lawrence County, Scott , Fern Creek maybe and others. Those are just a few i remember.

The "Dragon" at South Oldham will be this Saturday Jan. 21. Some very competitive action in years past, but Woodford is slated to be at the Hammer & Anvil Tournament at Western Brown, OH.

Is Ryle going to the Dragon or to Hammer and Anvil?

Ryle will be at the Dragon. We've gone to both in the past, but one them has changed the date of their tournament, so.....we are honoring Fiser, our Kentucky brother. Western Brown hosts some very talented boys from Cleveland; you jump that river and it's a whole different level of competition.

The Raiders will be staying below the Mason-Dixon for the remainder of the season.

The results are posted in the "high school results" section. Austin Cooper wrestled 160 today. Some pretty exciting matches. 215 final was worth the price of admission, which was considerable, IMHO.

You got a score on Peace/Bowlds ? Who beat Jackson to put him in the consols ?

Bowlds beat Malcolm Jackson, and the score on the Peace/Bowlds match was 9-3? I believe, something close, Peace controlled the entire match.

I read in the paper where Courtney from TN picked up Scherer twice thats crazy! He must be a beast!!! How did Scherer beat him?

Yeah Coffee is a beast, one of the strongest high school wrestlers I've ever seen, pound for pound and period. Schere just used his moves better and was in much better shape than Coffee.

It seemed that Courtney probably hadn't gone a whole six minutes with anyone in a long time. By the end of the second period with Shere it was obvious he wouldn't be able to do much more.

What was the score of the Cooper/Aylor match? And why did Cooper wrestle 160? Thought he'd want to be at 152....?
