Pre-camp/Preseason Workout

This is a 12 station circuit drill with 20 yard sprints separating each exercise. If you do not have the room you can do each exercise and then sprint 10 yards down and back for 20 yards total.

The purpose of the workout is to get your metabolism burning, increase your stamina, and to get your lean muscles back into shape. If you do not stop between stations it will help you improve your cardio-vascular fitness greatly. Push yourself.

Perform each station for 10 reps, you can later increase to 15 reps, and after 2 weeks you can go through the sequence a second time.

Station 1 -- Pushups

Station 2 -- Crunches

Station 3 -- Triangle Pushups

Station 4 -- speed squats

Sprint 20 yards

Station 5 -- Windmills

Sprint 20 yards

Station 6 -- knee-ups (jump and pull your knees to your chest)

Sprint 20 yards

Station 7 -- burpees

Sprint 20 yards

Station 8 -- crunches

Sprint 20 yards

Station 9 -- superman's or pull-ups

Sprint 20 yards

Station 10 -- pushups

Sprint 20 yards
