The closest I have ever seen to a score like that was the heavyweight championship match in early 2000s. Ramsey from Campbell beat Dill from North Hardin 18-13 under the spotlight, AND THEN CARTWHEELED AROUND THE MAT!!!! Pretty exciting way to end the tournament.

Im looking at the khsaa web site. Why the hell does it not go back further than 1997. I see alot of 21 points scored but none more than 26.
I dont know if he had any high scores but i know Chance Puckett 112 (UC) had 37 takedowns his senior year placing 3rd.

I remember that. Shaver was up 14-7 in the 3rd. Hagedorn came back to force overtime and win.

BY the way...KHSAA screwed up. His name is Cory CARDWELL. I am sure he would love the fact that I pointed that out.
Hard to believe he even placed that year.... But no disrespect to any wrestler who fights back to get a place at state.
in 2007 Golsby had many high scoring matches at the state tourney.
