Who has the worst case of cauliflower you have seen?
duane goldman(head coach at Indiana University)..he has some ugly knees as well all out of shape and everything
the worst that i have seen is Troy Nichols, he said he had it bad in high school, to were he had to get it drained like every week

He did have pretty bad cauliflower ear
Worst ever that I have seen has to be Joe Wells, the old coach, or current coach, for Boise State University. He had no definition in his ear, it was rounded over with a little hole in the middle. Coach Carr's got an interesting looking ear.
I had it pretty bad in high school, got it drained by my aunt every other day for the last month of my junior year. She would get about 2 cc's every time.
