Coaches,

Please consider bringing your first-year wrestlers to the Mason Beginners Takedown Tournament which is being held on 12/7 in the Mason Middle School Arena.

We usually draw about 350 kids so more than likely your new wrestlers will get at least 2-3 matches.

Two changes to the tournament this year:

1. Due to a conflict with a church using our facilities we can't start until 1:00

2. We are not going to allow head and arm takedowns at this tournament

We're counting on a great tournament and hope to see your beginners there.

Thanks to everyone who made the trip. There were quite a few kids from KY there and they wrestled tough.

I hope at this tournament the people running it will escort idiot parents that yell the f-word at 11 year old kids all the way to their car,But in case they don't one parent will be with his kid this time to see it don't happen again.If anyone knows Austin Murphys dad please relay the message.

Congrats to CYW for doing the right thing and suspending the coach/parent for his actions at Lakota.It's a great league,and I am glad they are trying to keep it that way.
