Mitch Casson who graduated in 03' from Campbell County and Taylor Casson who is currently wrestling at Conner are brothers.

In 1993 the national record, I think, was set or tied when Oklahoma had three brothers win in the same yr.
Floyd, Lloyd(twins), and Edwin Lorne(older brother) in 5A.
Their Lawton high school was top 5 in the country that yr.
The Cooper brothers both won State Titles...Brad and Craig did it in 2002 I beleive.

what about the stones (stan and dale) man they are awesome, i think they are cousins though. and matt bryd and zack byrd, zack wrestles middle school and didnt make weight this year for state but should of won it.
