Id say these are the best in that Region. In no order, Shotwell, Brown, and Osbourne.
If we are literally talking about "pound for pound" in district 6, I have to go with Yenter from Campbell he only weighs about what? 65-70 lbs. :-) :-)

Says who? I've never seen in an NFHS rule book that there is a minimum weight for 103/105.
I'm almost positive they have to weight 80 pounds to wrestle 103. I had a kid a couple years ago that had to drink water to make weight at 80lbs.
I thought the only requirements for 103 are a) be in 7th -12th grade and 
be under 103 lbs..

I was kidding about Yenter weighing 70 lbs. I know he weighs in at about 93. But even though he looks small (and is) he does a nice ob on the mat.
How about in the state? I don't know about southern KY, Would like some input.
