Does anyone have any video of the 1980 state championships. My dad has never seen a video of himself wrestling and we were trying to get any video of him for his birthday this year. Let me know if you know where I could get some. Thanks.

I know who has a video of the 1980 state championships. Tim Dench, Fern Creek coach at the time. But.....good luck getting the video from him. He won't even give his wrestlers copies of their matches. We taped every match back then. Complete catalog of every wrestler exists. He won't share. What a guy!!!!! He currently owns Dench's Video Services in Louisville.
Interesting, we never liked Dench back in the 80s. We were told he was a crook, lol. It's too bad he won't allow his former wrestlers access to their films. How much does he want to charge for the films?
