the quickest ive seen in person was chiba at the beginning of the year he got a 5.1 second pin i believe:?
i dont really know the fastest this year but i've pined someone in 8 sec

yes the pin is in the records for one of the fastest pins too, it was like 3 point something seconds i think.
michael gaffney of southern had a pin in 4.22 sec. even tho it was a jv hwt match thts still pretty fast

Even as a joke i dont see how anyone would embarass themself by getting pinned in 5 sec. as a joke.
I've seen a 7 second pin at the johnson Central Duals.
