It was a great tournament! Lots of really good wrestlers and the states future prospects look awesome! Congrats to everyone who participated and who won. I wonder how many state champs were actually scored on other than a kid getting an escape?? i know binder, wiley, ervin, and lampe were all successful in this...I'm sure cooper, and all the heavier weight champs we dominating as well.

Sam Preston from Johnson County Middle Dominated only giving up one point the whole tournament.
How bout the Brummet kid from Union, pinned his way thru and all under 1:00 except possible one match, no time was given.
Is that correct?

Brummet could go down as probably one of the most dominate middle weight wrestlers of all time in Kentucky Middle School Wrestling...Him and John Fahy are the two most dominate i've seen in my brief time watching the sport
