two options.
1-fill in the regional placers names to their assigned number. the placing is on the left and the region is on the right.
or
2-wait till region three gets their crap in order and submits the placing results to khsaa and then just read the prefilled out brackets.
neither one is that hard to figure out. however your problem could be that you are searching for the radom draw on google as your post suggest, when it is infact a random draw. i believe the radom draw is a picture of nuclear waste.
You put all the wrestlers names in a hat, the draw one out at a time randomly. Hence radom draw. :-D
