but beyond that the top half looks tougher w/ the #5, #6, #8, #9 ranked guys all bunched up (doesn't matter cause Zarth will be in the finals).

Warra didn't miss weight, he made the decision to wrestle 119.

          Vince Weston with Caleb Canter

          Nathaniel Bartram with Chazz Maynard

and so on until you have replaced all 32 names, then you have the 2009 119 bracket.
