Louisville. can anyone associated with St.X know if Knable still rolls around at all?
Knables work gets very busy with the warm weather so he is challenged for time but STX will have open mats on tuesday and thursday within the next week or so and John Lampe will be there and he weighs around 150,he works as hard as anybody I have ever seen.
St.X has open mats on tuesdays and thursdays and trinity had an open mat going a couple days a week last year, but i don't know what days their doing it this year
does it cost anything to go roll around on the matts at st.x, on thee tuesdays nd thursdays
all open mats require a usa card for insurance purposes but i dont think there is any additional charge

Fern Creek will have open mats starting March 9. Mondays @ 4 and Wednesdays @ 6. You must have USA card. Cody Mann will be in charge on Mondays and Jeff Branch will have Wednesdays.
