In region 1, they are expected 3 to 5 inch of snow by Saturday; What plan if any does the region have if this weekend region cannot take place. I am sure the main highway may be okay but some teams may have a hard time moving there buses.

If it snows and not all the schools can make it, then the tour. will be moved to Monday durring the day. This is the plan of some of the coachs at this point in time. But nothing is 4-sure because Mr. tacket would have to make the final call.
Region 8 might be facing the same problem. Ashland buses won't roll if the weather's bad, as expected, so parents are making contingent plans to take their wrestlers to Inez in cars. Haven't heard of any options to move the tournament to a weekday.
Region II has the same issue.
If anyone finds a plan that includes the event happening after saturday, please post it.
I was told we would just delay the start untill the everyone got there.
There is no plan. All regionals must be completed Saturday. Teams will have to make plans tonight, to come early if there is a concern that they will not be able to make it.

For some even with a backup plan, it still may be TOO dangerous to get where they need to go...I think other arrangements should be made about the tourneys. Would you put your kids in a dangerous situation if you could avoid it?? Yes.
