AMAA also has a Show Sized Cage used for MMA and is availible for rent by others
The Wrestling Class is usually Ran by Coach Gercak of the G-Force wrestling Club,this class goes over all styles and respectfully we cross train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which helps your wrestling game good,and also MMA,Sambo,Greco Roman and Freestyle
The classes are free on the 1st visit on sundays,and only $5.00 for every other visit,you cant beat that for something youll be learning alot in and getting hard work,GUARANTEED, all ages and sizes are welcomed to attend,please bring your USA Wrestling Club,and be aware this is a safe gym,their isnt any dangerous crazy stuff going on in here.
