Anyone know of a good website to buy singlets individually? Most of the sites I've seen only sell them in teams.

They are not totally custom and typically are not like the sublimated singlets you can order.
The companies don't make much money off from a custom singlet unless they can sell quite a few of them. That is why they do it for teams and not for individuals. They might do it at a rate of like $200 + for one singlet, due to the large amount they have to add for the template.
