Only a few weeks to go until the next rankable tournament in Columbus, OH (05/22-24/09), so we need to stay prepped and lucky us, we have two tournaments here in Kentucky to do just that.  This coming weekend it is the Defender of the Mat - http://www.eteamz.com/kyusawrestling/files/DefenderoftheMat2009.pdf
