I'm sorry to say, that they are both really, really bad.
Yeah man, hes not very good at all. At about the 540 mark the guy reaches up and puts his hand on Ben's (I hope someone sees that lol) head and just begs (that too lol) to be put in an arm bar but he doesnt go for it. He is idle a lot. In MMA you need to be always striking, always working something, constantly scoring points. Thats what sets apart all champion fighters from... Ben Askren.
It's his second fight, when you have the back ground he does you don't get many if any amateur fights (nobody will take you on). The guys an Olympian I wouldn't close the book on him yet.
well take into consideration that ben askren was still ONLY wrestling just a few months ago so seeing as he is a baby in mma i would think he would be great i just think its cool that he is going to start mma.
Jared Rosholt has been doing alot better in MMA
ben askren is one of my favorite wreestlers. unfortunatley, i think that ben askrens funky style of wrestling isnt as well suited for the transition into MMA. i hope he does really well though.
