I know two kids, And I realize this question will be wide open because each person is different. I am just researching wide area for recover on surgery due to shoulder instability. If anyone has had this surgery or known someone who has had this type of surgery. They are going in for a MRI this week. Surgery is going to happen, just looking for some info on the recover. I'm sure the Doc will have a plan but some are better than others. Just would like some other opinions.
