Come out to OCHS on Wednesday night for another FREE clinic!  This week, we've got Coach Alonzo Shepherd, coming to run a workout!  Coach Shepherd competed just across the river at Jeff High before wrestling for IU.  He is now an assistant coach at Bellarmine University.  Should be another great opportunity with only 4 left before Freestyle & Greco State!  Come join us and bring a teammate! Coaches, please share with your wrestlers and feel free to attend as well!
