It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Coach Jack White. Coach White served as Head Coach at Shawnee for many years, leading our wrestling program with dedication and integrity through the late 1990s.

He had a profound impact on the lives of countless students and athletes, including my own. His guidance, kindness, and patience shaped me both as a person and as a professional. He is the reason I chose to become a teacher and a coach.

Coach White earned the respect and admiration of everyone who knew him, from his wrestlers and students to colleagues and community members. His legacy of compassion, leadership, and commitment to others will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to learn from him.

Rest in peace, Coach White. Your influence lives on in the many lives you touched.
