Knights Wrestling Club has officially opened our Lexington Regional Training Center location at Anderson County High School.

We are currently in session and building a strong room with youth, middle school, and high school athletes who are serious about improving.

Practice Schedule
Tuesdays and Thursdays
K–5: 6:00–7:15 PM
6–12: 7:15–8:45 PM

What to Expect
Focused, structured practices
Individual coaching and corrections
Technique, live wrestling, and situational training
Environment built for development and long term growth

This is not just extra mat time. Our goal is to help athletes develop the right way and compete at a higher level over time.

If you are in the Lexington, Frankfort, or surrounding areas and looking for consistent, high level training, this is a great opportunity to get in the room.
