The Choose Top Leg Camp shows wrestlers how to throw legs, score with legs in, and defend a leg rider. Learn more about the camp here: www.choosetop.com. The website has an overview of the camp, coach information, dates and locations, and online registration.

One of the camps will be in Chattanooga, TN this weekend, here is some info:
