Knights Wrestling Club Lexington registration is now open for our 2026 Fall and 2027 Winter seasons!

Practices will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at the former Woodford County High School location.

Practice Times:
Grades K–5: 6:00–7:15 PM
Grades 6–12: 7:15–8:45 PM

Fall Season:
September 22 through December 17

Winter Season:
January 5 through February 18

Our practices are open to wrestlers of all experience levels. We will focus on technical development, live wrestling, conditioning, confidence, and preparation for the upcoming competition season.
