These are approximate numbers.
Division I- 80
Division II- 50
Division III- not sure on the exact number but quite a few more than both DI and DII. I've heard as many as 300 before but I think that's a slight overestimate.
NAIA- no clue
Junior Colleges- no clue

That link is very helpful but I'm certain it's outdated. The University of Findlay is DII now I know (have been for at least seven years) and they don't have Campbellsville, Cumberland nor Lindsey Wilson on there.
