i haven't seen the standing for region 8 i was just wondering if anyone had any idea who was what?

In my opinion the top wrestlers in our region by weight class are-

103- Wide open. You never know who will return at 103 but if Conley is back he is definately the favorite.

112- Troxell, Ankrom, Cory. This is a tough weight in the region. Might be a good idea for Cory to go 119 and win it there.

119- Unless someone from 112 bumps I'd say Tyler Smith. Greg Bowen and Chazz Maynard are both right up there with him though.

125- Definately Zach Salyers. If he bumps Feltner from Perry County and Ray from Lawrence are both tough.

130- Zach Troxell if he is at 130, if not its wide open unless Salyers bumps.

135- Matt Slone then Duncan Caddell if either of them can make 135 again this season.

140- If Slone bumps he has it.

145- Tyler Grimm and Avery Ray

152- JJ Jude has it here.

160- Preston Shoopman and Casey Delong

171- Austin Stepp and Soloman Vanover.

189- Brad Stafford and Cody Mink

215- Tyler Pace and Trent Hardy. Although I heard a rumor that Pace was going Heavy. If so that will shake up hwt quite a bit.

HWT- Harlow is the favorite. Staton, Bell and Burchett are all tough. If Pace bumps and Bell is out then that will be a good finals match with Harlow.

Like I said before this my opinion and its obviously too early to tell what weight everyone is going.

I don't see Troxell making 112 ever again. MAYBE 125, but if he is anything like his brothers he's going to get alot bigger

tyler smith and chris corey will be a good match to watch when region comes along. i dont see chris making weight at 112 again because he had a real hard time making it last year. everytime they have wrestled it's been a great match.

i've wrestled chris a million times and im sure that many people will agree that he's pretty hard to take down. but he does stall.

chris is a good wrestler and the last thing he does in a match is stall so if u have wrestled chris so many times then wat r u so confused about because he doesnt stall.

I agree with door1. He does not stall at much at all and if you've wrestled him so much then you should know this.

This is why I hate fat test. I mean if a kid has the heart and will to cut 30 pounds after its not heathly then so be it.

Luke troxell would have been great this year at 119.
