We have made some great improvements for the club this year. New staff members, More days, better practice times (no traffic), great competition schedule for full time members, quality practice partners from 3 states, and we plan on turning up the intensity!!

All Practices will be held at Cincinnati La Salle High School

This club is designed for the committed wrestler who wants to reach their full potential. Training with other top notch wrestlers through intense drilling and live wrestling week after week will advance you to the next level. Each practice will physically and mentally challenge you and help you get ready for your next competition. If you are serious about reaching your goals for this upcoming season this club is for you!

Each practice will consist of a short technique lesson, intense drilling, and then live wrestling. Both age groups will have 40-50 wrestlers who are serious about training hard.

Club begins: November 8th

We will have a great group this sunday Nov. 1st 6:30-8pm Come join in on an intense workout!

We officially start full time Nov 8th.

High School wrestlers come on Sunday and Tuesday to get in those extra intense workouts with quality partners.

Jr. High can come 5 days a week. Remember you can choose to do the club full time or just a few days a week. You can also choose to compete with us and our schedule.

Elementary can come 5 days a week, I have a full schedule lined up for all club members. Come compete with some of the best youth in the Tri-State and Country!

All Elementary Club members are welcome and encourages to any or all of the events on the schedule. Take your wrestler to the next level with great workout partners and schedule!
