man it sure does suck, i have lost like 6 pounds this week, thats not really that much but how much are some of you guys cutting to make weight classes?

a whole lot.. i came in at like 153 154 and now down to 143...

man its hell i came in at like 142 now im like 141  :-D

ha last year i could eat macdonalds on the way to a tournament or match nd still be under by like 10 pounds, but this year is way different, it sucks so bad, i hate it

Yea the way i knew i was under weight was by stepping on the scale in my boots, singlet, warmups, and a hoodie. i wrestled 119 weighing 109

i came in at 128 or 129 and now i am like 116 or 117

beginning of season 134 now down to 114 still have 2 more pounds

Came in around 171 and have actually gained two or three pounds.  Life is good.  :-D

ive been cuttin from 226 to make it to 189 in a week in a half i weigh 210 and im tryin to make 200-205 range this saturday it does suck i only eat like 800 calories a day
