Beast of the East this weekend.  Who's going from KY??  Heard Shotwell and Jayce Carr.  Not sure who else.

I've heard Josh Johnson and Jordan Murphy are also going.

The Beast say Johnson Central, Trinity and JH.

Good Luck boys!

From Trinity Fahy, Bradbury, and Brad Hitchings.

heres a link to the brackets as they are updated.

looks like fahy, bradbury, johnson, hitchings are 2-0 and in field of 16, and muphy and shotwell lost first round and have won in wrestlebacks.

All 3 Trinity kids are in the quarters.Wrestle again in the morning.

I see Myron has the same kid from Blair that beat John Fahy in the quarter-finals at 103 last year.

i think myron has a good chance against grey. His match management and defense are great, he will be able to keep it close.

Thank you to all the fine young men who went to compete and represent.

As a state, we have a ways to go but, these guys showed we belong.

It is coming. Travel safe home and get back to work Monday.

The one thing that sticks out to me is that none of our KY boys went 2 & out.  All at least won a couple of matches and it's not like only 1 or 2 wrestlers were representing the state this year.  That can't be said for years past.  Congrats to all those who competed from KY and thank you for representing the state well.

Fahy out 3-2 Lost two 4th & 7th Place

Bradbury out 3-2  Lost two 1st & 4th Place

Brad Hitchings out 2-2 Lost two 3rd & 5th Place

Josh Johnson; out 3-2  Lost two 7th & 8th Place

Good job to all the KY guys!
