anyone know if there are rules for snow days and hosting tournaments the next day?

There is no KHSAA rule on this. Each school makes their own determination.
If there is no school on Friday, Jerry Wyman will make a descision on whether or not to have the tourney. If we don't have the school there may be a possibility that the tournament will be Saturday and Sunday. It all depends on school.
