Yeah, I've considered trying to pull something like this together before region (not enough time to do it between region and state). We'll see. Maybe I can skip out on sleep for a few days and pull something together. Maybe I can recruit some assistance from around the state.
I would encourage all to give it a read. Brakeman give a nice introduction and explanation as to how and why the rankings turn out the way they are (when little Johnny who is ranked #18 has beaten Jimmy who is #7).
