For anyone that is upset that they are not getting infomation in a timely manner, the best advice we have is to ask your coach or visit our website.

Within minutes of every email that has been sent to our coaches since Friday afternoon, we have also posted an update on our websites main page.

People just need to learn to be patient. I know that's easier said than done, but it would help if people would just be patient about the whole thing.
