Camp Goals:

This Technical Training Camp is designed for the serious wrestler and will focus on drills techniques that will enable each wrestler to improve. We will emphasize improved set-ups, takedowns, breakdowns, escapes, and pin holds.

Ages:

Camp is open to all age/s groups.

Equipment:

All campers should wear work out clothes and wrestling shoes. Please avoid cargo, denim, Velcro shorts

All campers need to bring an extra t-shirt and water bottle each day.

Cost:$50.00 (Includes free shirt, for all non-sharpshooters with pre-registration)

Daily Schedule:

8:00 am Drop Off and Sign-in

8:15 Warm-up and stretch

8:30 Technique Drills

9:00 Teaching Session I

10:00 Teaching Session II

11:00 Live Wrestling and Matches

11:45 Cool down and stretches

12:00 Pick-up (Must be picked up before 12:15)

General Directions: 1. Take I-24 eastbound to exit 76 ( Murfreesboro)

2. Take exit 76 off ramp and turn right at the light unto Manson Pike.

3. Continue on Manson Pike to Fortress Blvd.

4. Turn left at first traffic light unto Fortress Blvd.

5. Continue on Fortress blvd to Blaze drive.

6. Turn right at Blaze drive.

7. Continue on Blaze drive to you see B.M.S on the left.
