i did it for a month its great for cardio and muscle endurance also with the yoga part i could tell i was getting more flexible
I did the Ab Ripper X workout yesterday along with core synthetics.
Needless to say I could barley raise out of bed this morning. lol
its def alot of work but worth especially if you like staying lean or getting back in shape its a butt kicker do the plyometrics you'll cry for new legs
