Each team must have a team bylaw form on file by Dec 18th

Every wrestler must have (at minimum) a $10.00 KYUSAW league card by Jan 1st

Every team must fill out an Excel spreadsheet (electronically) and email it to Keith Smith by Jan 1st.

Every wrestler must have a USAW registration form (2-pages) filled out and "snail mailed" to Keith Smith by Jan 1st with payment for each wrestler.

Every team must have at least 1 coach with a USAW coaches card.
