The Elem state is Sun. Feb. 20 at the Frankfort Civic Center same as High school.

Can a kid compete in regionals & state as an independent without having ties to any existing youth club such as raider youth etc?

each wrestler must have a usa wrestling card (either full usa wrestling card $25 or ky league card $10), be a resident of the state of ky and attend a ky school. each wrestler must have at least 1 coach with a usa wrestling coach"s card present at the tournament. so if you are not a member of a wrestling school or club, you must still have a usa wrestling card and have a coach present with a usa wrestling coach's card and you needed to turn in a roster to keith smith (usa wrestling ky director) by jan 1
