Central Hardin is going
Usually a dual with winners coming out of pools to decide placement.
Anyone, have a list of teams entered?

So how will this work?, the winner of pool A wrestles the winner of pool B, the winner of pool C wrestles winner of pool D , then winners meet in finals?
That is correct.
I also believe when the winners come out it's on an individual basis. For example all four teams dual each other. You don't take the results of the teams but rather the 103's from each team. The winner of all the 103's will come out to the semi-finals, and so on through the weight classes. This is different from the way State Duals does it where it's obviously a team format.
Central Hardin took 2nd place in team and we did very good...
