I think that if a team doesn't get there seed nominations in on time this year, they should be drawn into the brackets.  The coaches meeting took 2 hours last year because one team didn't get their info in, and felt everyone of their guys should be seeded.  Miserable, although the food was good :-)

How bout using rangers rankings. That should solve it .

If the seed meeting took to long then it is the fault of the tournament director.

He should make sure the seed meeting moves smoothly and quickly. 

Even if a team did not send their info in the seed meeting should only take about 1/2 an hour to fix.  If no one sends in information it should still only take about 1 hour at most.

How bout using rangers rankings. That should solve it .

Is completely a one-sided competition, its to my knowledge that SnapDrag has never lost a thumb wrestling match. But i believe the only fair way to solve the rankings is a madden tournament between the coaches. Sounds Fair to me. Maybe i'm a little off though... :-D

thanks for exposing my skills, unfortunately i suffered a thumb labral tendon tear and have been forced to retire from thumb wrestling. im down with the madden tournament however as i have adapted my feet to use the controller.

Madden may work, but that would require the coaches to come down on Friday night.  Is everyone up for that.  Let me know if it happens and I will put together a ranking for the event.

All wrestling events will be cancelled due to safety and travel concerns.

Regrettable, All Basketball games will go on as scheduled as it will be safer to drive in the PM than the am. Plus, BB makes more $$$ at the gate.

PRP has a flu exchange going on within the team, though it seems to mainly have affected the varsity.  They had to cancel a trip to Ryle last week, as well as their trip to the Dragon.  Hopefully some health will return this week.

Funny thing is Ahern was unseeded...somehow.  He beat Breneman (Oldham) in the round of 16, beat Bisenius (S. Oldham) in the Quarters, beat Supe (Scott) in the semi, then lost in OT to Lo. Jones of Walton in the championship match.

  Ahern seems to be pretty tough. Looks like 130 is going to be one of the more interesting wts to watch at STATE !  And nice job on taking first Mr. Jones!

Barrow and Proctor wrestled for 3rd.  Barrow won 3-2.  Whalen was really strong @ 45.  He pinned in the 1st period in the finals and he beat Barrow in the semi's 11-3, I think.

the 130's at region 6 will be a great fight, and some kids who would place at any other region might not, you got supe (if he stays at 30) , ahern from ryle, hamilton from campbell , jones from walton verona, drew harris from sk, one of these kids are gonna make it to state and itll be a veryy very tough region and then a even tougher state, but region 6 is the most stacked for that weight class

trinitys heavy got pinned. he was on his back twice. the other guy just out wrestled him.  trintys 171 lost to ryles 171 in what must have been a good match to watch. i missed it . trinitys 189 and 215 both won.  189 beat ryle and 215 beat eastern. both matches were against wrestlers who had beat them last time.

Would it be too much to ask to have south oldhams coaches put up official results?
