This camp will provide you with the technique, training, and intensity that it takes to become a CHAMPION!

Day One - Technique from the feet, concentrating on set ups and takedowns.

Day Two - Technique from the top position. Wrestlers will learn new pinning combinations and become a better rider.

Day Three - Technique from the botton position. Wrestlers will develop a new attitude towards getting out from the bottom. Freestyle & Greco Roman techniques will also be covered.

Is Friday May 13th a school day?

Yes May 13th is a school day. The camp runs from 4 - 8 pm on Friday, 9 am - 3:15 pm on Saturday and 1 - 6 pm on Sunday. If you are not able to make it all three days the cost for the camp will be adjusted.

Is this an overnight camp?

I am not sure what is going on with the website. I am working with Dennis to get it corrected. This is not an overnite camp, but I am willing to provide room and board for any wrestlers that want to attend and need a place to stay. Don't have enough bed space, but have plenty of couches and floor space. With Friday being a school day, we will adjust the price for anyone not able to attend on Friday.

This is a great camp at a great price. We are fortunate to have someone of Dennis' caliber coming to the area. This is his 5th time coming back and I feel the camp has gotten better every year. I am also working with him on some extra freestyle and greco work after the regular sessions are over.
