Clint Bell has accepted the position as Head Assistant Coach at Conner according to Cincinnati.com. Also in the article Badida say's he only has a year or two left. I think this was the first step in the direction of his retirement.

Coach Badida has been retiring since the 80's.
I've heard him say every year that I only have about 2 or 3 years left before I retire.
He has a grandson in the 7th or 8th grade (wrestled varsity for him this year). He will be around at the least until he graduates.
