I didn't put him in there because I heard too much from coaches and others on the team that he may not be coming back next year. If I new for sure that he was coming back, I would have put him down for 112.

Because i've talked to Joe's a few times between breaks in matches or whenever I see him. He's mentioned a few times how much bigger he gets year by year from workin' out. If he puts on that muscle between last season and next, he won't hardly have the fat to cut to 189. I'm sure he could do it but it might not be in his best interest depending on how much weight he puts on.

ok im sorry but all these people saying the winner ill be who ever lands on top of the other one. i had like 46 matches last season and i have only been pind 7 or 8 times so thats 39 or 38 matches that i havent been pind and most of then the other person got back points on me but if someone lands on me its not over i hate being pined and my other matches where all almost 6 min matches so who ever lands on top doesnt always win

Does Warren give Burkett a good match? Nothing against Warren, but I can't imagine that's a very close match. Burkett is very tough.

I think there are a few guys at 171 that would disagree, but this thread is talking about tops in region. I think Rupp will be #1 at 171 in the region.

hands down rupp wins 171 again, and if he moves up 189 also, wgho is Hardin?

Houchens and Rupp would both have to get past Mark Jones, so I don't think either one winning at 189 is just a given. Both Houchens and Rupp are great, but Mark Jones is a force to be reckoned with and if I'm not mistaken, he has beaten both of the above at one time or another.

I was looking at last years regional places and I had forgotten that he didn't make weight for regionals.  Your definitely right overtimeking he'll be winning regionals at 140.  Completely slipped my mind.  He will be very tough next year.

if you are talking about jeremiah walls at 145, you are dreaming, the kid went up 3 weight classes his 8th grade year to freshman year. he will be wrestling 152 or 160 next year against turner or something. justin walls at 145, doubt it. it could happen though. i wont gloat too much about bc because all that does is start stuff. my bid is valley at 140-145 though is walls isnt there. chris pearson at 130 (BC).
